Heh, sounds a little bit Like Tom Clancy's EndWar, what with the Russia vs USA. Russia has superior bombs. If you don't believe me, go to youtube and search the Tsar Bomb. Biggest bomb in the world. And it was made in the 80's!! I myself plan on joining the military, but this war is costing to much. We, currently, have no real enemy except Al-Quida (sorry 'bout spelling...not to "up to date" on that, lol) and Insurgents.
Now, I'm not up to date on politics either, hell, I don't give a shit. A president will do what they think is best, and if they think war is best, then we can't do anything about it except protest and send hate mail. They say it's a free country... Yeah, free to do what the government tells you to do or else be labeled a 'rebel' for treason. The government is running so low on troops, their thinking of reviving drafting. That would ruin families even more! Your dad's already out to war, soon, your brother/sister might be too!
Fuck, I'm 13 to, so I can't bitch about oil prices yet. If we find an alternative to oil, it'll satisfy all those damn tree huggers (no offense anyone), and take away Russia, Iran, etc's power and money!
Everyday, lurking in the back of my mind, is the thought of a nuclear bomb falling on either us, or some other country. Seriously people, we don't want this world ending up like Fallout 3 do we? Imo, we are losing this war. It doesn't appear so on the outside...but in reality, we are fighting against a religion. Now, I'm not saying were suppressing their religion, I'm saying that were fighting because they believe we are. Or, at least some of them (Insurgents, Al-Quida, etc).
