and that was like that for 8 years. actually my media is what is called "left" they always show Arabs as poor people.

Any politician who has any stance other than unquestioning support of Israel will not get elected, because of the massive influence of Jewish constituents who feel that the modern nation of Israel has some connection to the religion they practice, despite the fact that Israel is a political entity created in the 1940s.
Any critics of Israel and the way Israel treats its neighbors (e.g. locking a foreign leader in his house for 2 years) are labeled as 'anti-semitics' and their thoughts dismissed. There is no intelligent discussion of the facts about Israel in this country and there won't be one here on this Newgrounds blog post either.

Lets re-examine your "facts." From the ceasefire point there were only 66 total rockets. This was before the ceasefire. Durring the ceasefire Israeli troops killed 28 Palestinians.
Second of all it wasn't the Palestinian government itself who launched these rockets. It was Hamas extremists.
Also it's not Israel giving food like it's some kind of charity. It's a matter of Israel choking off the borders not allowing Palestinians to get food. This might also add to why Hamas became so popular in the first place.
Oh and if you can stomach it this is what is justified as acceptable casualties by Israel.
